Snohomish County Dumpster Rentals llc
Customer shall not place any prohibited items in the dumpster and shall pay Snohomish County Dumpster Rentals, LLC at the rate of $100.00 per hour plus tax to remove prohibited items. If heavy equipment is required to remove items, customer will also pay the cost of rental equipment.
Customer shall not allow the contents to extend above the walls of the dumpster. Exceptions can be made for soft materials such as mattresses and smooth flat surfaces to be slightly above walls of dumpster but no exceptions will be made for sharp materials as it will damage the tarping system. If sharp materials are above the walls of the dumpster the customer will be responsible to pay Snohomish County dumpster rentals, LLC at a rate of $100.00 per hour to make contents safe for transport.
Dumpster bin door shall be shut prior to pickup. If dumpster door is unable to be shut, the customer shall be billed at a rate of $100.00 per hour plus tax to adjust the contents to make possible for closing.
The total weight of the contents in the dumpster shall not exceed the weight limit of 6000 lbs. or 3 tons per federal, local, state, and DOT limitations. Customer shall pay Snohomish County Dumpster Rentals, LLC $50.00 plus tax per ton over the limit due to excessive wear and tear on the equipment.
Customer shall be liable for any fines, charges, penalties, or costs due to exceeding such weight limits.
Customer shall return the equipment to company in the condition in which it was provided, and customer shall be liable for any damage to or loss of a dumpster.
Customer shall assure access to dumpster upon time of pickup. A fee of $150.00 plus tax will be charged if the dumpster is not accessible due to obstruction from vehicles or debris.
Customer shall be fully responsible in obtaining permits to have dumpster at desired drop off location if a permit is needed.
Distribution of load is quite important and can be extremely dangerous if significantly lopsided. The customer shall do their best to distribute load and shall not use any compaction devices as it can damage the dumpster.
